Rates & Cancellation Policy
ARBITRATIONS
Due to the unique nature of most arbitrations, please contact my office to discuss arbitration rates and policies.
HALF-DAY MEDIATION
$425/hour for 2 or 3 parties
$550/hour for 4 or more parties
5 Hours will be billed upon scheduling
(4 Hour session + 1 hour preparation time)
NOTE: Mediation fees will be split evenly between the parties unless otherwise agreed.
FULL-DAY MEDIATION
$425/hour for 2 or 3 parties
$550/hour for 4 or more parties
10 Hours will be billed upon scheduling
(8 Hour session + 2 hour preparation time)
NOTE: Mediation fees will be split evenly between the parties unless otherwise agreed.
MEDIATION CANCELATION POLICY
If the mediation is cancelled or rescheduled less than 72 hours (Monday-Friday) prior to the scheduled session, each party will be billed for their portion of the minimum fee. I respectfully remind clients that the cancellation policy is meant as fair compensation for reserving time which I typically cannot fill in less than 72 hours.

As former trial judge with 15 years experience arbitrating hundreds of cases and mediating thousands more, I help lawyers and their clients resolve both international and domestic disputes in a way that makes the process work for them.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a former trial judge. I have arbitrated more than one hundred claims and I have mediated thousands more. Experienced in construction, business and commercial, employment, injury, real estate and professional negligence.
As a former judge who presided over hundreds of jury- and bench trials, and as a mediator who has mediated thousands of disputes, I can very confidently say that mediation, done right, is a party’s day in court, and a much more satisfying day than the real day in court can possibly be.
