Fee Schedule

Rates & Cancellation Policy

ARBITRATIONS

Due to the unique nature of most arbitrations, please contact our office to discuss arbitration rates and policies.

HALF-DAY MEDIATION

$465/hour for 2 or 3 parties
$550/hour for 4 or more parties

5 Hours will be billed upon scheduling
(4 Hour session + 1 hour preparation time)

NOTE: Mediation fees will be split evenly between the parties unless otherwise agreed.

FULL-DAY MEDIATION

$465/hour for 2 or 3 parties
$550/hour for 4 or more parties

10 Hours will be billed upon scheduling
(8 Hour session + 2 hour preparation time)

NOTE: Mediation fees will be split evenly between the parties unless otherwise agreed.

MEDIATION CANCELATION POLICY

If the mediation is cancelled or rescheduled less than 72 hours (Monday-Friday) prior to the scheduled session, each party will be billed for their portion of the minimum fee. We respectfully remind clients that the cancellation policy is meant as fair compensation for reserving time which typically cannot fill in less than 72 hours.
