ARBITRATIONS

Due to the unique nature of most arbitrations, please contact our office to discuss arbitration rates and policies.

Jim Miller Rates

HALF-DAY MEDIATION

$490/hour for 2 or 3 parties
$575/hour for 4 or more parties

5 Hours will be billed upon scheduling
(4 Hour session + 1 hour preparation time)

NOTE: Mediation fees will be split evenly between the parties unless otherwise agreed.

FULL-DAY MEDIATION

$490/hour for 2 or 3 parties
$575/hour for 4 or more parties

10 Hours will be billed upon scheduling
(8 Hour session + 2 hour preparation time)

Drew Clayton Rates

MEDIATION CANCELLATION POLICY

If the mediation is cancelled or rescheduled less than 72 hours (Monday-Friday) prior to the scheduled session, each party will be billed for their portion of the minimum fee. We respectfully remind clients that the cancellation policy is meant as fair compensation for reserving time which typically cannot fill in less than 72 hours.

As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 2001, with more than 300 completed mediations and nearly four decades of securities and complex business litigation behind me, I help lawyers and their clients resolve business, financial and securities disputes efficiently and practically.

A Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and a member of the American Arbitration Association’s mediation panel. I have completed more than 300 mediations and been involved in more than 700 arbitration proceedings. Experienced in securities and investment, financial services and banking, insurance, business and commercial, partnership and real estate disputes.

Having started my career in the securities industry, and then spent nearly four decades representing investors, financial advisors and businesses in court and in arbitration, I understand what is at stake on every side of the table. I use that experience to help the parties see their case clearly and reach a practical resolution, without the cost and uncertainty of trial.
